Appearance - clear and bright with medium intensity golden hue.
Nose - clean, developing, pronounced intensity aromas, ranging from some floral notes of roses and acacia blossoms, ripe apricot, some lychee's fruit, dark brown honey and lots of sweet spices like nutmeg and ginger.
Palate - Medium sweet, medium plus acidity, alcohol and body. Pronounced flavour intensity of creamy sweet fruits, sweet spices, honeyed and floral with inciting chemical botrytis notes. Long length.
Conclusions (18/20) - Outstanding quality, super premium price (€40). Quite ripe, but very fresh, concentrated fruit flavours giving it profound depth, rich, unctuous creaminess that's mouth-coating but still refreshing, very long length pleasurable aftertaste. Has all the power of the Gewürztraminer without being blousy. It's perfect to drink now but will continue to evolve positively at least 3/4 years. Simply delicious!
