Appearance - clear and bright, lemon green in color with golden tinges and medium minus intensity. Some visible tears.
Nose - fully developed, medium plus intensity aromatics. Aromas of ripe stone fruits, mainly fresh apricot, some pear and beeswax.
Palate - dry, medium but fresh acidity, medium alcohol and medium plus, smooth body. Medium plus flavor intensity maintains the tonic on ripe, but fresh apricot notes, some honeyed notes and a medium plus length full of green fruit notes resembling apple and pear.
Conclusions (16,25/20) - good southern style white, not the most complex ensemble but aromatically inviting and fully flavorsome. The ripe notes are balanced by enough acidity and some fresh green fruit notes. Smooth but textured body. Nicely developed it is in a very nice place to drink.
