Appearance - clear, with deep intensity ruby color.
Nose - clean, youthful aromas with medium intensity, showing raspberries, mulberries and flowery violet touch.
Palate - Dry, medium plus acidity, medium alcohol and tannin level. Medium body with equivalent flavor intensity. The palate is mainly fruity with a leafy fresh touch. Medium length.
Conclusions (15/20) - Good quality, mid priced (€8,50), ready to drink but can develop further, at least 3/4 years. A wine of finesse rather than power, should be a good food companion. Classic Douro well represented.
