Appearance - clear, medium intensity ruby colour with a garnet rim.
Nose - clean, medium intensity aromatics, fully developed. Aromas of ripe plum, some fig and blackcurrant.
Palate - dry, medium acidity, medium plus alcohol (14,5%) and medium body. Plummy, prune fruit flavours with medium minus intensity, herbaceous green notes and harsh oak tannins dominate the palate, with medium minus length.
Conclusions - (13/20)Acceptable quality, high priced (€18,45), ready to drink but past its prime, tired. It shows an evident unbalance, with alcohol and some harsh flavours in evidence. Fruit aromatics are hidden.
