Appearance - clear, pale ruby colour already switching to garnet.
Nose - Clean, pronounced intensity, developing aromas of dark cherries, some game and a tiny trace of leafy herbaceousness.
Palate - dry, medium plus acidity, medium tannin level thats ripe and well integrated, medium alcohol and body. Once again delivering pronounced flavour of fresh and ripe cherry fruit, some fresh herbaceous notes, a hint of tobacco leaf and a mineral touch. Long length.
Conclusions - (16/20) very good quality, premium priced (€35). Has a clear sense of place and some complexity, shows tipicity, nice fruit expression, has freshness and depth of flavour. Ready do drink but will not fade on the short term.
