Appearance - clear and vividly bright pale lemon color. Very few, thick visible tears.
Nose - clean, youthful with medium intensity. Shows basically fresh bright fruit, citrusy, some ripe green apple, some stone fruits like peach, a little flowery perfumed note and a streak of steely minerality.
Palate - dry, medium plugs acidity, medium alcohol and light body. A medium intensity palate with defined citrus fruit, some green apple peel, flowery, some herbal notes and just hinting at steely minerality. A medium length essentially marked by the notes of green apple.
Conclusions (16/20) - good quality, quite fresh and light for the region (just 12,5% abv in Alentejo), a nice bright citrus and green fruit character with just a streak of minerality. Its totally dry and lean but not under-ripe, which will pair very well with our fatty, salty grilled sardines. It is drinking very well so it will be a good companion for this Summer and has very good value.
