Panamera Grand Vin Cuvée Napa 2005 Napa Valley

Appearance – clear, medium plus ruby. Paler rim, some tears.

Nose – clean, developing, with medium plus intensity. Aromas of blackcurrant, some green bell pepper and a hint of oak vanilla.

Palate – dry, medium acidity, soft texture with medium minus tannin, medium plus alcohol and rich medium plus body. Medium flavour intensity showing black fruit, mainly blackcurrant, a little more evident the green bell pepper and a slight oaky undertone. Medium length salty after-taste.

Conclusions (15/20) – Good quality, high priced, ready to drink and will not improve.
