Grapes - Shiraz

Appearance - clear, medium plus intensity garnet colour.

Nose - clean, medium plus intensity, developing aromas of plum, sweet spice and hints of dark chocolate. 

Palate - Dry, medium acidity, medium minus tannin, medium plus alcohol and body. Medium plus intensity flavours of ripe black berries, some plum and cinnamon with a slight hint of caramel.

Conclusions (15/20) - Good quality, medium priced (€11), ready to drink and will not improve. A nice structure, very smooth and easy to drink with some complexity, mixing rich fruit flavours and some spice, showing just a slight alcohol unbalance and would benefit from some more natural acidity.
