Appearance – clear, golden hue with medium intensity.
Nose – clean, medium intensity. The aromas developing are showing mainly a peachy character, with some honeyed notes and marmalade.
Palate – dry with medium acidity. Fleshy structure with medium plus alcohol level and body. Once again peach and marmalade are the main constituents with a slight hint of nutty character. Long length.
Conclusions (17/20) – Altogether delivering very good quality, it is ready to drink offering a smooth creamy texture that's hard to resist but I think it has arguments to withstand the test of time. I'll be more attentive to Fiano, thank you Flying Wines for bringing this one to Portugal.
