Appearance - clear, with medium intensity golden colour a watery rim and some tears showing a slight degree of viscosity.
Nose - clean, lovely scented with medium plus intensity showing some nice development. Ripe aromas dominate the aromas ranging from pear, peach and some sweet oak vanilin very well integrated in the bouquet. There is a floral undertone.
Palate - Dry, the medium plus acidity gives life to a powerful structure with medium alcohol and a full body. It has a medium plus flavour intensity giving way to the ripe fruit and floral character. The oak plays its part without overpowering anything. It has a long length.
Conclusions (17/20) - A mid priced wine of very good quality that is ready do drink but can improve. A fantastic effort from a relatively new winery. Love the characterful structure and the smooth texture which indicates a good pairing with a succulent codfish.
