Appearance - clear and bright lemon-green colour of medium plus intensity with some visible tears.
Nose - clean, fresh and youthful, with medium plus intensity fruit aromatics. Zesty green fruits, some green apple and a hint of lime, ripe stone fruits, mainly apricot, a white flowers perfume and some spicy ginger hints.
Palate - dry, beautiful mouthwatering high acidity that's perfectly integrated, medium plus body and alcohol. Pronounced intensity minting the green fruit notes of ripe apple and a little bit more of the lime cites character. Ripe stone fruits and again a hint of white flowers. Long length with spicy ginger hints.
Conclusions (17,5/20) - lovely fruit purity with good concentration, ripe flavours balanced by a lively acidity that almost makes one drool. Nice fruit weight, smooth, rich texture with a spritzy lift. A prolonged aftertaste with defined notes of ripe green apple and some spicy zest. Tons of life ahead, although its a nice drink right now, complexity will come with age, keeping it at least 10 years will be definitely rewarding.
