Appearance - clear and bright, appealing golden colour of medium minus intensity. A watery rim and average level of visible tears.
Nose - clean, in devolving phase of its medium plus intensity aromas. A dominant note of ripe stone fruits, mainly apricot, tropical notes of candied pineapple and ripe honeydew, light marmalade and smoky mineral notes.
Palate - off dry wine with medium plus acidity, medium alcohol level and medium plus body. A medium plus flavour intensity keeps the nose tune with ripe stone and tropical fruits, a trace of stony minerality and a smoky dry finish with hints of grapefruit. Medium length.
Conclusions(16,5/20) - very good quality wine, exudes sense of place and tipicity. Full and rounded palate with a smooth texture showing a pleasing balance between the sweetness of fruit ripeness and a fresh mouthwatering acidity. Would benefit from some extra length, the juicy flavours are not quite prolonged on the aftertaste. Drink now, it is ready, or keep for 3 to 5 more years for an even rounder and honeyed style.
